Vietca, Inc. ("Vietca") values the privacy and security of customer information. We provide this Privacy Policy so that users have the right to know what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected. This policy, together with the Terms of Use, governs the conditions when you use our products. The policy may be amended over time.

Collection & Use of Information

Vietca Account Registration

To use Vietca services, you need to complete the registration form via the application on your mobile device. During registration, you are required to provide contact information (full name, phone number). Vietca collects personally identifiable information during the initial registration process as well as in optional surveys or requests. We use this information to contact you regarding product updates, newsletters, and promotions. Personal data will not be retained longer than necessary; data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days after verification.

Information We Collect

During operation, we collect and use personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your full name and other contact details, for the following purposes:

• Product data: Product usage, experience, and product improvement
• Business data: Customer support and issue handling; Operations and transactions; Communications and marketing

Location Data (GPS)

The Vietca application collects real-time location data when you use the service to:

• Connect you with the nearest driver
• Provide navigation and trip tracking within the application
• Confirm pickup points, drop-off points, or delivery addresses
• Calculate fares based on actual distance
• Ensure safety: store trip history for handling incidents

Push Notifications

We send push notifications to your device for the following purposes:

• Trip updates: driver has accepted the trip, driver has arrived at the pickup location, trip completed, ...
• Delivery: order is being delivered, delivered successfully, ...
• Promotions & offers: discount codes, loyalty programs, ...

You can disable non-essential notifications in Settings → Notifications of the application without affecting important transactional notifications.

Trip & Transaction Data

• Trip history: pickup point, drop-off point, time, distance, fare
• Payment information: Transaction history
• Driver ratings and trip feedback

Device & Technical Data

• Operating system, application version
• Crash logs to improve the application

Purpose of Using Customer Information

Vietca uses personally identifiable information to contact you when responding to support requests. We will take reasonable steps to verify identity before granting access or making modifications.

Sharing & Disclosure of Information

Vietca retains ownership of your data as the data controller. We are committed not to rent, sell, or provide your information to external parties that do not meet equivalent security compliance standards. In the event of resale, merger, restructuring, or acquisition, your information may be transferred, and we will notify you via email or website notice.

Drivers & Transport Partners

Your name, phone number, and pickup location will be shared with the driver assigned to the trip to complete the service. After the trip ends, access to detailed information is restricted.

Service Providers

We cooperate with providers of maps, payments, and push notifications. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for purposes other than the contract and must maintain a level of compliance equal to or higher than Vietca.

Disclosure Disclaimer

We have the right to disclose your personal information when required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with judicial decisions, court orders, or legal processes; (b) protect the rights or property of Vietca or users; (c) protect the personal safety of users or the community in emergency situations.

Unsubscribe / Opt-out

If you do not wish to receive communications from us, please follow the instructions in each email or send an email to Vietcaapp@gmail.com, include "unsubscribe" in the subject and include your email address in the content.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold (Data Subject Access Request). We will provide it free of charge within a reasonable time after identity verification. If personal information is inaccurate or outdated, you may request correction via the member information page or contact Vietcaapp@gmail.com. You also have the right to:

• Object to data processing if we are no longer permitted to use it
• Request deletion if data is retained longer than necessary (processed within 30 days after verification)
• Request restriction of processing in certain cases
• Revoke GPS access in device settings at any time
• Disable push notifications in application or operating system settings

Data Security

Vietca has implemented technical security measures and procedures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. We use firewalls to prevent external access to servers; physical access is restricted to authorized personnel. When transmitting information to third parties.
